Unusual: Work up, the head symptoms. If there is a cause for a fall to break the ribs that may be a connection other than bad luck! ribs usually heal over 3 months or so.

Trauma?: Sounds like multiple trauma. You would need to supply more details for a precise recommendation.

Get evaluated: If this is from a trauma or accident, i would get evaluated right away. The headaches and dizziness could be a sign of concussion.

Unclear: If you sustained localized chest trauma with rib fractures, it is not clear as to connection to headaches. Rib fractures are quite painful. Medications, often narcotics, are associated with both dizziness and headaches in some people. Depending location of rib fractures, associated muscle spasm can result in stiff neck and headache. Mechanism of initial trauma may also be cause.

Most important would be to discuss with the trauma surgeon/team that initially evaluated you and is treating you. Also, discuss with your family physician. In both cases, all aspects of injury mechanism, initial evaluation & diagnosis, and associated medications need to be thoroughly reviewed.

Rib fractures : Simple rib fractures are treated conservatively with pain management only. Certain rib fractures that result in breathing difficulties and / or relentless pain are treated surgically. I use titanium plates to repair the chest wall.
