Doubt BCC: Basal cell carcinomas occur in older individuals who are in the sun a lot. If it is BCC, it will form a nodule, raised above the skin. Unless that is the case you can watch this area for any further growth over 6-12 months. Most likely it will not change as I suspect it is benign.
