Orthopedic exam: May be due to tendon or cartilage inflammation. I suggest an orthopedic evaluation, xrays and if needed an MRI. Use Advil or Aleve (naproxen) if not allergic to this type of medicine. I also suggest BioFreeze Cream topically.
