No: No, I would not be worried, but if it does not clear up quickly or if it associated with any weakness in your leg I would be seen for it. Multiple potential causes from a pinched nerve in the back (the L4 and L5 nerve roots cover the area of the leg you are describing), to possibly an irritation of the peroneal nerve at the fibular head. An exam alone would go a long way in making the diagnosis.
