Neuropraxia?: Sitting like that can put pressure on the nerve that curles around the top of the fibule, outer small bone, and can lead 2 a compression injury to the peroneal nerve in the leg that is being sat upon. Stop doing it. Recovery is fast or long. Ur's will b long. If this nerve is the culprit, test sensation in the web between great & adjacent toe, if sensation is decreased that's it.
