Yes: Please see a md to undergo evaluation. Simple testing and an exam will likely provide an answer. The are many benign causes but other more serious causes should be ruled out.

Yes: Could be anything from a bladder infection, vaginal infection, sexual difficulties, or anal hemorrhoids (minor, and more likely) to precancerous or cancerous conditions (far less common). You should see a practitioner soon who does a lot of office gynecology.
