Ear Trauma: Greetings. I think that the hard slap you sustained to your ear resulted in the ear drum rupture. This would explain your hearing loss and bleeding from the ear. Best recommendations are to avoid water exposure, sneeze with your mouth open and try to avoid nose blowing. Fortunately most perforations heal fully within about a week. See your ENT doctor for confirmation.
