Possible: Likely ok. A dry socket is painful. If no pain, don't worry. If becomes painful, see dentist. Dry socket can be easily treated by placing meds in socket.

See your dentist: A dry socket can occur within 3-4 days after an extraction after a blood clot falls out of the socket. See your dentist or surgeon for post-op evaluation.
