It is normal: healing process. After any extraction blood clot is the matrix for the construction of the new bone and gum that will fill in the space left by the extracted tooth. The white color is fibrin and/or a coagulated blood clot. The bone corners are normal after a tooth extraction, however, important is not to have the bone completely exposed. Be patient.
