Botox is simplest: Stopping the muscle contraction will lessen the creases. Surgery seems a little extravagant unless you have severe brow ptosis and need a full brow lift. I don't think ultherapy will get rid of our creases since they are born of muscle action.Brow lift.

Botox: Forehead creases are caused by frowning using the frontalis muscle. Botox can help to relax this muscle so you don't form such deep creases. Has to be done carefully though so that you don't end up with lowering of the brows.

Forehead creases r: due to muscle movement. so best results are seen with neuromodulators and micro droplet fillers like juvederm to the lines themselves. Over time lines will become less and less noticeable as movement weakens and permanent collagen is formed
