Pretty nutricious: Caviar is pretty nutritious . it a good source of protein and healthy fats if you dont put too much stuff on it. It is also pretty expensive.

Probably not: I'm not aware of any special health benefits of caviar. But for sure it will do no harm, and lots of people believe it sure tastes great! So dig in, if you can afford it -- very expensive, especially for the really good types.

As a seafood, yes: All seafoods have healthy amounts of omega 3 fatty acids. Usually a few servings of seafood per week will replace your usual supplement.
