Need more info: Kappa/lambda ratio is a marker for multiple myeloma or monoclonal gammopathy - The usual upper limit of normal for the ratio is 1.6, but if you have impaired kidney function that can cause a rise. If you have normal kidneys, this is a result that needs more thorough evaluation.
