Kappa chains tested: MinervaR ~your doc is a smart doc. He must have measured your urine before for these immunoglobulins in the urine and you must a have shown a few in the urine and he is making sure it does not get worse. The joint pain +kappa chains could be due to a paraproteinemia and the commonest one is multiple myeloma. Please continue this very important surveillance thanks
