Need more info: Hormone imbalance can mean many different things to different people and often symptoms that people THINK are hormonal are not. Your complaints do not sound hormonally related to me. You should see a primary care physician who can review your symptoms and advise if you need hormone testing and/or referral to a hormone specialist
