Not sure.: First, you are 28 years old. Has a doctor told you that you have "hormone imbalance", or is this your own conclusion?! hormones in young women can usually be treated by placing them on oral contraceptives. But please see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and come up with a treatment plan.
