Need a tiebreaker: Well, as simplistic as this may sound...if the goal is to know what the likely radiographic diagnosis is and this is going to determine treatment then, you need a 3rd opinion which will agree with either Doc #1 or Doc #2. If your primary doctor will take the clinical information and combine with MRI findings that best support those findings then, a 3rd opinion may not be necessary.

Hard to answer: Not all Doctors have the same experience. I have reviewed many MRI studies and reports, and many reports are just wrong. If you can, go with the diagnosis from the most experienced Radiologist. Otherwise, repeat the study. Take care not to go to a facility in which the referring doctor has a financial interest. Also stay away from Residents and all training programs for the best interpretation.
