What bad circulation: If your meaning of bad circulation is poor venous return (blood returning to the heart), then by all means, compression socks and elevated legs are great. If, however, you mean poor arterial flow, or bad pulse pressure (blood leaving the heart), The compression socks are a bad choice. They act as a weak tourniquet and along with elevating the legs, could aggravate existing vascular disease.
