Neuropathy can do it: Overall, it sounds like your circulation is good. But it may be involved indirectly. Nerves control the opening and clamping of arteries. Nerves also give you the perception of temperature and pain. From my experience, it seems that neuropathy is quite common. Diabetes can cause neuroapthy, as can arthritis of the spine, vitamin b6 deficiency, to name a few.
