CHALZIONS EYELID: THESE ARE SMALL CYSTS (USUALLY) OF THE UPPER EYELIDS. THEY ARE BENIGN, NOT MALIGNANT. FROM YOUR QUESTION, I WOULD CALL OR SEE THE EYE DOCTOR WHO DID THE REMOVAL. HE OR SHE WILL RECOMMEND APPROPRIATE TREATMENT. BEST LUCK
