Virus infection: Absolute counts for lymphs and neuts are all that matters, rather than percentages. Almost everybody has one or more lymph nodes palpable in the neck. This is very suggestive of a minor viral illness or perhaps infectious mono. If this is Hodgkin's, it will be obvious soon enough to treat it, and this is very unlikely. Glad you are health conscious.
