Loose body not infla: The loose body is like a piece of debris - calcium lump, cartilage piece, bone chip inside the knee that moves about and hurts when pressure like standing up can put pressure on it on the lump. It is like a stone i you show and it hurts to wall. Inflammation can occur from infection or non infection and can swelling, pain and can destroy the inside of the knee. We call these loose bodies jt mice.
