Calcification : Body often can heal a part of its tissue and deposit calcium. I am presuming this was a finding on a CT scan you may have had done. The calcification is tiny in size and is often of no significance. It is on the kidney. The size is really small to be of concern. Suggest discuss with the MD that ordered the test.
