A member asked:

Does benign muscle fasciculations mean im at an increased risk of developing als in the future? or another neurological disease like epilepsy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See neurologist: sounds like you have already seen a physician who gave you the diagnosis of benign fasciculations. If still concerned I would see a neurologist. You are not at risk for epilepsy. If truly benign, you would not be at risk for other neurologic disorders.
