I have been experiencing muscle twitches in both my calves for 3 weeks havent gotten worse, no muscle loss or weakness exercised more to prove it my doctor said 99% sure nothing serious, im worried it might be als 2 dr look and muscle fine babinsk?

Benign fasciculation: Agree with your doctor, as your symptoms are almost certainly benign, and NOT "ALS", whatsoever. However, if persistent or worsening, would wonder about lumbar stenosis, or problem affecting cauda equina. MRI studies could answer those questions. At this point, would be patient as this should settle down over a few weeks.
