A member asked:

Are there any drs. here that have significant experience with dopamine agonist withdrawl syndrome? i like my p doc, but i'm his first cause of daws

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Neurologists: Neurologists often have experience with this disorder. It is often helpful to use a small amount of levodopa/carbidopa to protect against the withdrawal for 1-2 weeks, like 100/25 mg three times a day. Hope that helps!
