Mirapex (pramipexole): It can affect moods & behaviors. In one controlled study, it was shown that Mirapex (pramipexole) is efficacious in unipolar depression. Some reported side-effects include headaches, nausea/vomiting, sedation, insomnia, low blood pressure, hallucinations.
