UTI: An emergency room is not the place for a full detailed evaluation of uti. It is for emergencies only. Strongly suggest you find a pcp and see them asap. The things you ask about are not normal and deserve immediate attention by a good clinician with the time to listen to you and examine you thoroughly. Go soon and hope you are better quickly.

High blood pressure: If i understand your question, you are asking if your blood pressure of 157/114 is normal for a person with a uti. It's not. You should go to a physician's office and have it rechecked when you are not a stressed. A 24 year old female patient would not be expected to have a BP so high due to essential hbp, if it is that level in the physician's office you should be checked for secondary hp.
