Occured a sudden epigastric pain causing pain in region of the upper abdomen immediately below the ribs, also i suffered immediate loose motion with foul smell and vomitting . it also caused me nausea?

Food poisoning: It could have been food poisoning. The symptoms are compatible staphylococcal toxin. However that is only one of many possibilities. Staphylococcal toxic poisoning is usually over in 24 hours. If the symptoms persist more than a day, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
