Biliary dyskinesia?: This is a functional problem with the gallbladder and can occur without stones. Ask your doctor if it is appropriate to do a CCK-HIDA scan (nuclear medicine), and pay particular attention as to whether or not the injection of the CCK reproduces your pain. Treatment is gallbladder removal or observation if not severe. Hope this helps!
