Why would a ultrasound say there something wrong with my gallbladder and a catscan with contrast say the gallbladder is fine?

Diagnostic Imaging: Ultrasound may not have been as accurate as the CAT scan. The radiologist was concerned at what they saw with the ultrasound. Better to be safe than sorry. Discuss findings with the physician who ordered the images.

Ultrasound is better: Ultrasound is much more sensitive in evaluation of the gallbladder than is the CT
