Fertility: If you and your partner are healthy with no medical problems and you have regular predictable periods then the recommendation is to try for 1 year before seeking infertility help. 90% of couples will get pregnant over this time.

Yes: Some like tylenol (acetaminophen) are class a drugs and totally safe. Class b drugs are almost always safe as well. If you have a question about a specific drug, ask your doctor prior to conceiving.
A 33-year-old member asked:
I've just learned that I may have hyperovulation. What does this mean and how will it affect my trying to conceive?

Good and Bad: The good news is that you have lots of eggs and most women with this or ohss (ovarian hypserstimulation syndrome) will have a baby. The bad news is that hyperovulation can lead to complications if not handled appropriately. Please follow your doctors instructions carefully and ask questions if you do not understand. Avoid high impact activity as the ovaries are large and fragile. Good luck!

Possibly: Some studies show that as alcohol intake increases female fertility decreases. Consider no alcohol while ttc. If you must drink, limit it to 2-3 drinks per week.

Relax, be happy...: A normal, healthy 25 year old without fertility problems, who wants to get pregnant, should just stay relaxed, stay happy, not think too much about getting pregnant, and smile often. Nature will take care of the rest. Soon. No special activities before or after sex are needed (which means many creative activities can be done, but aren't necessary).
