see details: You and your mate need to be tested. Start with your mate and have testing him to make sure he produces enough sperm and that his sperm is active.

seek out help: If you and your partner have been trying over a year (less if you are over 35) it is time to seek out help. You can either seek out a fertility specialist or start with your gyn. The will begin a work up to see what is wrong.
