Fertility: You can always go to the gynecologist and seek help for this. It is usually recommended to be tested for fertility after failing to get pregnant after six months of trying.

TTC: Make sure you have sex at least 3 times a week. Also, you may choose to take ovulation test to make sure you ovulate despite the fact you have regular periods. If you ovulate, it may be worthwhile to have your partner treated.

When to obtain: Fertility testing. Per: http://americanpregnancy.Org/gettingpregnant/ttc35.Html "the american society of reproductive medicine recommends that women under 35 begin testing after trying to conceive unsuccessfully for 12 months. The recommendation for women over 35 is to begin testing after trying to conceive unsuccessfully for 6 months.".
