Alcohol: put some alcohol in your ear to displace the water and then it will evaporate. However, the water you are speaking of my be behind your eardrum and must exit through you Eustachian tubes. Afrin (oxymetazoline) can be used to open up your Eustachian tubes but only use on very limited basis. Lastly, if this persist you may want to be examined.
