Lets first try simpl: Over weight conditions can cause skin problems from excessive sweating and difficulty in keeping the areas under the Folds clean. So let us first try a simple solution. Clean your body especially the areas between the skin folds with a gentle soap twice daily. Make sure you dry the skin with a soft towel and use a hair dryer(with cool setting) so that all moisture is gone. Then use talcum powder.
