Tried and like the sitting/low impact ab exercises, but how do i contract abs without feeling like im holding breath/straining? starts to hurt head!

When contracting you: -should be exhaling, not holding your breath. like a shot putter or tennis player, when they are under max effort they let out with e yell or grunt (exhaling). so deep breath in when you prepare for ab's to contract and exhale as they contract. try it.
