Febrile illness: This sounds as if you should go to see a doctor ASAP, either in an ER or an Urgent Care facility. Although this may be a viral illness, the chest burning is concerning and it would be advisable to be examined and perhaps have a chest x-ray and perhaps some labs depending upon what the doctor examining you finds.
