Non-alcoholic beer: I am not sure if your question is: is it ok? But if it is the question, I do not see a problem with this small amount. It will quickly turn to sugar by the time any reached the breast milk.

Probably safe: There is a reported drug interaction between two of the mess that you are taking-the Vitex and the Dostinex (cabergoline). As with all things in life there is a risk, there is a benefit. You should discuss that with your doctor. As to the alcohol the main problem would occur when you are pregnant which you are not. So not to worry.

You decide: Any alcohol that might make it into the BM would end up in a baby who is developing rapidly. One of the byproducts of alcohol breakdown is formaldehyde. This is what we use to preserve specimens and is toxic to nerve cells. No level of alcohol intake has been proven safe. Near-beers are certainly better than regular beer or other drinks.
