I had an operation 2 1/2 weeks ago and am on xarelto. i would like to take 1 x 250 mg naproxen each night to help with neck pain. would it be safe?

Don't do it!!!: This can lead to excessive bleeding - very bad idea! Talk ASAP w/ your Dr. If your pain is not adequately managed by the pain med Rx'd - they may provide an alternative or advice. RISKY mix! Not good.
