HardToGetAPicture...: Without a photo it's really difficult but just based on what you've described I'd suggest you get yourself checked for what's called "Neurofibromatosis," which can start as you've described. Don't freak out just find out...it could be and most likely is something else, like little benign fatty tumors but why take a chance? There's nothing to be acutely afraid of, but get an exam sooner than later.
