Unlikely: Whole anything is possible I would be skeptical that this could be happening. This sounds like something your physician should evaluate you for it see if this can be clarified. As much of a problem that you're having this sounds like you may need to be seen in consultation with other specialists

No: if it enters your ear and your eardrum is intact, there is no where else for it to go. If it enters your nose, it can go down into your throat or mouth. You will either cough or possibly sneeze it out or swallow it. If you swallow it, it will not survive. I hope this answers your question. Dr. R
