Eustachian tube dysf: At your age, its likely congestion in the back of your nose or even middle-ear fluid. When its just one-sided it should be seen by a doctor to make sure there is no growth but otherwise, you may try some anti-histamine and decongestant to see if your ear fullness resolves. If not or gets acutely worse, you will need to see your doctor.

Eustachian tube: The eustachian tube opens with yawn or swallow and contracting palate. When the eustachian tube is swollen due to sinus congestion, allergies, virus', pressure changes or with cerumen (wax) impaction in ear canal, stuffy sensation can occur. This is treated with nasal steroid spray, decongestant and gentle autoinsufflation of ears (pinch nose and blow). See physician with persistent symptoms.

Eustachian Tube: Sounds like pain resulting from eustachian tube dysfunction. There are several causes of eustachian tube dysfunction, including upper respiratory tract infection (viral and bacterial), environmental allergen exposures (e.g. tobacco smoking, pollens), adenoid hypertrophy, vasomotor rhinitis, allergic rhinitis. Consult and exam by your primary care physician is needed to identify the cause.
