No: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is a category c teratogen in pregnancy. This means that animal studies have shown adverse fetal effects, but there aren't adequate studies to be sure in humans. This is a risk/benefit discussion to have with your OB and psychiatry doctors, about your personal situation. But exposed to adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) babies can be born too early, and go through amphetamine withdrawal.

Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) (XR) is in: Fda pregnancy category c. It is not known whether this medication will harm an unborn baby. It's best to not take medications unless absolutely necessary for function. Consult prescriber regarding your circumstances. If med is necessary for adhd then Guanfacine is category b (less risk) and may help. Learn non-med skills for adhd. Best regards for a healthy pregnancy. See additudemagazine.Com.
