Tell doctor if pregnant/plan to become pregnant while on adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine). Amphetamine can pass into breast milk & may harm nursing baby. Should not breast-feed while using adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine).

What that means is that it has not been tested sufficiently in pregnancy to be able to give a definitive answer. That being the case, i would not risk harm to your unborn child if it is at all possible to stay off Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) during your pregnancy.
