What are the chances of me going blind if i were to get glass in my eye?

No number available: You are asking a question that can't be precisely answered. Is the piece big, small? How big? How small? To become blind in an eye glass would have to penetrate the eyeball & cause irreparable damage to or entirely disrupt connections of the retina to the optic nerve. Safe to say that the majority of people who get glass in an eye do not become blind.

Depends: If you got glass chips in your eye from a shattered glasss, there would probably be no long term harm. The glass to be harmful would have to penetrate into the interior of the eye damaging structures irreparably. Of course you could just get hit bluntly with a heavy glass object the force of which could also damage the vision.
