I had an us because my submandibular glands are swollen . it was normal. they r 3.6 & 3.7cm. should they not do anything else? there's no infectio

Watchful waiting: Most likely the glands are reacting to something although you report no obvious infection. If you are only having the swelling with no other symptoms your doctor will most likely recommend your return in 6 weeks or so for reevaluation
