Higher than without: Data from each country may differ but lifetime risks based on good science say H. Pylori gastritis, which are treatable early on, has about 5.8 to 8x risk of getting gastric carcinoma AND about 8x for lymphoma. So please have your mom get A GI consult, perhaps even a biopsy. That way you will know why H pylori according to you is recurrent. Take care and urge her to go see a specialist.
