Likely yes: As long as there was no involvement with whatever caused loss of other (cancer / trauma / etc.) to the remaining testicle, your fertility should be adequate. Can see urologist for semen analysis if having difficulty with insemination.

Several issues: 1.Yes, a single testis is all you need if it makes good stuff. 2. If they have not looked for, retrieved or removed the other testical you need to have this done- can cause cancer or diminish fertility in the other one.
