Anger can be: constructive or distructive. Opt for constructive uses of your anger such as good communication, letter-writing, working for helpful causes, compassion-motivated choices, etc. Please see your doc to rule out medical conditions and then a clinical psychologist for anger management training. Anger can help or impair your life, choose life. Peace and good health.

Many possible reason: At your age, you may still be figuring many things out about yourself and your social world. It is a time of social pressures, school pressures , and upcoming changes such as college. Bottling feelings, as you suggest, is a possible reason. But understanding what exactly is bothering you would offer you the best explanations and ways to manage your feelings. Therapy could be very helpful.
