Varies: Urine tests may be positive for several days or even longer (weeks) if metabolites are tested for also. The best policy is to have a doctor's note specifying that you are taking it or took it under medical supervision. Otherwise you can not know for sure how long you will test positive.

Methadone: Urine drug screen will usually be positive for 2-8 days. Methadone is fat-soluble with a long variable half-life. Individuals will differ, but usually it is detectable for no more than 7 days.
